STEP 1/11
Please prepare the ingredients.
Olive oil / Pasta noodles / Garlic (Cut to 4-5 mm thick) / Dry red pepper or peperoncino
STEP 2/11
I used frozen shrimp and put it in cold water for 20 minutes, melted it for about 40 minutes, and drained it with a kitchen towel.
STEP 3/11
While defrosting the shrimp, add plenty of olive oil to the pan. I didn't have a lot of oil at home, so I only put in the amount shown in the picture...
STEP 4/11
Add garlic when olive oil is getting warm.
It's going on high heat
STEP 5/11
Add the garlic and add the dried red pepper about 10 minutes later. It wasn't as spicy as pepperoncino, so I put a lot in!
Medium heat is in progressing
STEP 6/11
Stir in garlic and red pepper to mix well.
STEP 7/11
Add the well-drained shrimp. Turn down the gas stove. I reduced the heat to low.
STEP 8/11
After 10 to 15 minutes, grind the whole pepper.
Stir well so that garlic doesn't stick.
I turned the heat on high.
When you put in the pepper, you start boiling the pasta noodles.
STEP 9/11
Drain the finished pasta.
I didn't need noodles because of the oil, but I left them just in case.
STEP 10/11
At the same time, eat the garlic from the gambas. You can tell if the taste is cut well. (The garlic is very hot, so be careful.)
STEP 11/11
I put the boiled pasta noodles in a separate bowl first.
On top of that, I put shrimp and garlic pepper on the pasta in gambas.
It's because there's too much oil if you pour all the gambas too much oil.
