The mussel scrubs the surface with a brush and pulls out the tough thread-like beard that pouts out. Scrub scallops with a brush and wash them thoroughly

If you go to the market, you can buy wine for several thousand won
There's a lot, use it, and prepare salt and pepper.

Chop garlic, onions (not in the picture), bell peppers or peppers (green, red), and green onions.

Put a large spoonful of butter in a pan, stir-fry garlic first, and then add onions. Add salt and pepper.

Add green pepper or red pepper and mix it. Lastly, taste the soup and add salt
Complete the liver. You can see the white soup, right?:) It's a great taste.
