Cooking Steps

Cut 600g chicken legs into bite-sized pieces.

Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce to 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Add 3 tablespoons of hot sauce
Add 1.5 tbsp minced garlic and a little minced ginger.
Add a little pepper and mix well.
