Making spicy nak-gop-sae with beef brisket instead of daechang!
I like to travel in the style of food, so I go to local restaurants no matter where I go! The food that is unique to the region always gives me newness and pleasure. If I were asked to choose one of the most memorable things, I would choose Nak-Gop-Sae from Busan Antjip without hesitation! A combination of octopus, tripe, and shrimp! This can't be bad, right? But the other day, I wrapped it at Nak-Gop-Sae chain store and cooked it at home, but I was very disappointed because it didn't taste like the main store and was full of green onions. So I put in a lot of things that I like and made it myself! But in the case of daechang, I thought it would be cumbersome to prepare, so I added beef brisket instead and made Nak-Gop-Sae. No, Nak-Chasae!
