*Put 60ml of soy sauce, 2 spoons of mirin, half spoon of pepper, half spoon of sugar, and 120ml of water in a pot and boil it over high heat

*When the octopus is boiled down to a certain extent
*Add garlic, red pepper, starch syrup, and 1 spoon over medium and low heat
*Cook until the octopus is self-cooked
*Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and wrap it up
*Frozen octopus is salty. Make sure to wash it with flour
*Don't put salt in it
*Put sugar and starch syrup according to your preference
