I saw fried lotus roots last time and I wanted to eat it so I decided to make it this time
I was curious what it would taste like.
I only made lotus root and ate it, but I thought it would taste different if it was fried.. Hah!
Slice it thinly, fry it, and sprinkle sugar on it to make it look like a lotus root!
