  • ripe kimchi
    2cup
  • Cabbage
    4piece
  • Vienna sausage

  • Sugar

  • Cooking oil

  • perilla oil
    3spoon
  • Kimchi

  • Sesame
    0.5spoon
  • Oyster sauce
    0.5spoon
  • Red pepper powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut kimchi into bite-sized pieces,
Cut the cabbage into big pieces, and cut the sausages into bite-size pieces.
* You can skip cabbage and sausage.
If you add cabbage to fried kimchi, it has a good texture
Sour kimchi and sweet cabbage go well together.
STEP 2/5
Pour 2 cooking oil into a pan and add all 5 sour kimchi, sausage, cabbage, and kimchi soup prepared.
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry the ingredients so that they are coated in cooking oil.
When you're out of breath, add sugar 1 and perilla oil or sesame oil 3. Mix them evenly
Stir-fry enough.
Stir-fried kimchi tastes better with plenty of oil.
If the kimchi is too bland, add 0.5 of the oyster sauce
Or you can stir-fry chili powder with 1 for the color.
Since the salinity and sourness of kimchi are different for each house
I think you can make it by referring to the recipe above.
And you can reduce or increase the amount of sugar depending on the sour taste of kimchi.

When it's all fried, add 0.5 sesame seeds and mix evenly and finish.
