A simple and delicious sukiyaki recipe
Today, I made Japanese-style shabu-shabu sukiyaki^^ It's a menu that satisfies both me who likes vegetables and the groom who likes meat. It's also good for your menu

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I made a lot of broth. Boil 3 pieces of kelp, 9 anchovies, and a handful of katsuobushi in 2L of water for about 10 minutes, then remove all the ingredients except the soup
STEP 2/9
Add 7 tablespoons of tsuyu, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 0.3 tablespoons of sugar to the boiled broth (based on 2L).

Meanwhile, prepare all vegetables and tofu in bite-size pieces.

Put half a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and stir-fry cabbage, onion, and green onion together
STEP 5/9
Next, cook tofu slightly in the same frying pan.
STEP 6/9
Put cooked tofu and vegetables in a pot, mushrooms, and beef. (It's good to put half of the beef in the middle while eating the other half ^^)
I prepared 3 sauces to dip!
1) Eggs. (Please mix one egg)
2) Soy sauce (3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vinegar)
3) commercial chili sauce

You can pour the broth that you prepared and eat it
STEP 8/9
It's perfect if you eat fried rice or porridge after eating it I chopped up 1/4 carrots, 1/4 pumpkins and 1/2 onions.
STEP 9/9
After finishing the sukiyaki, leave only 1 ladle of broth, add chopped vegetables, 2 servings of rice, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, and enough salt to complete the fried rice ^^

    I've never seen a review in yearsMy family members who are picky about their taste..I heard it's better than buying it, so I only added anchovies, made broth, added fish soy sauce instead of tzuyu, and added bok chamon because there's no cabbage, but it's the best!! Thank you.
