STEP 1/8
Soak defrosted beef bones in cold water for more than 6 hours to drain blood.
Change the water 3 to 4 times

Put the blood drained beef bone in a large pot
Pour enough water to cover the bones
Boil it over high heat for about 10 minutes

Rinse in cold water to remove impurities

Put a clean bone in a bucket
Pour water 1.5 times the amount of beef bone and boil over high heat for 30 minutes and under medium heat for 3 hours
(Water is reduced to about two thirds)

Pour the soup into another bowl
STEP 6/8
When you boil it for the second time
Pour twice as much water as the amount of beef bone
20 minutes on high heat, below medium heat
Boil it for 3 hours
(Until the water is cut in half)
STEP 7/8
The first round of boiled beef bone soup that was cooled in a cold place
Remove the hardened oil from the surface well
Repeat after the second round
STEP 8/8
Mix the beef bone soup and boil it for a little bit
Third, use it as broth
If it comes out dark and milky on the third one, I eat beef bone soup
If it's blurry, use it as broth
The third one was white too^^
