Cooking Steps

I'm frying it in a pan and eating it :)

Wash it with water

Add milk and water until the skin is submerged and marinate for about 30 minutes to an hour

Put 1/2 cup of soju in boiling water
Boil it, wash it in cold water, and strain it through a sieve

Curry seasoning
2 handfuls of chicken skin, 2 tablespoons of curry powder, 0.5 tablespoons of ginger powder, a little bit of pepper

Mix it with the sauce and marinate it for about an hour

Put it in the air fryer
(180 degrees 5 minutes + upside down 180 degrees 5 minutes) + 180 degrees 3 minutes to 5 minutes depending on your preference
Turn it around
