STEP 1/14
Please prepare the ingredients.
(I used chicken breast, but you can use other parts~!!)

Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces.

Mix the garlic, ginger, and karaage seasoning in the cut chicken.

- Making lemon mayonnaise sauce. -
1. Add lemon juice to mayonnaise.

2. If you add sugar and mix it well, the sweet and sour lemon mayonnaise sauce is complete!
If you don't have cooking wine, you can skip it!!
Fries need to be fried twice to lose moisture and become crispy and delicious~!!
