I made Japanese fried chicken karaage!! It is seasoned with soy sauce, so it has a good taste and is really good as a snack. It's easy to make, so I recommend this recipe. It was even more delicious when I made lemon mayonnaise sauce with it!! Let's make it together!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Please prepare the ingredients.
(I used chicken breast, but you can use other parts~!!)

Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces.

Mix the garlic, ginger, and karaage seasoning in the cut chicken.

Please leave it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes so that the chicken is seasoned.

Add starch, flour, and eggs to the seasoned chicken and mix them together.

You just have to evenly coat the chicken with the batter!!

Pour plenty of cooking oil on the pan and turn it down to medium heat when you drop the dough with chopsticks.

Add the chicken right away, turn it upside down, and fry it on medium heat for about 3 minutes.

If you don't have cooking wine, you can skip it!! Fries need to be fried twice to lose moisture and become crispy and delicious~!!
