Making fluffy cheese castella
I made a cheese castella with a lot of cream cheese. It's very soft and addictive A glass of milk and a piece of castella in the morning was filling. I tried it once and it was delicious, so I made it four times! I strongly recommend this recipe.

Cooking Steps

Place cream cheese, unsalted butter and milk in saucepan and melt to blend well, stirring over low heat.

Sift together the flour and cornstarch.

Add the egg yolk, cream cheese, and butter and mix well without lumps.
STEP 4/8
I'm going to make meringue with the white. In the middle of whipping, divide the measured white sugar into 3 to 4 times!

Mix the meringue in the dough several times.
STEP 6/8
Place the finished dough in a bread pan or muffin mold.
STEP 7/8
I baked it in the oven at 120 for 40 minutes at 140 for 10 minutes.

I usually bake it in a frying pan, but I thought there would be more people who use the oven, so I baked it in the oven~ If you want to grill it in a frying pan, it's better to use a thick bottom frying pan!! Pour the dough into a round pan, put it in a frying pan as it is, and bake it on low heat for 40 minutes at first, and bake it on low heat for 10 minutes to make it easy! (The dough I made is a round pan (No. 2) It's just the right amount if you pour it into a 18cm diameter.). And if you put a lot of water on the bottom of the frying pan, a much more moist castella will be made, so please refer to it

    I didn't have strong flour, so I just chose gravity flour. Maybe that's why it tastes right before the egg tartare, but it's really good.
