Making savory and rich yellow cheese macaroons
It smells like cheese and I made a delicious yellow cheese macaron!! I tried making it with yellow cheese powder and it went really well with macaroons Shall we make a macaron with a combination of crispy outside and chewy inside and a filling full of savory and rich flavor??

Divide sugar into egg whites three times and make a hard meringue!!

If you put sugar in the meringue at once, the stability of the foam decreases, so you make meringue by dividing the sugar into three times!!

When the horn of the meringue rises and the mixing bowl is turned upside down, make the meringue firmly until it doesn't fall off.

Sift the almond powder and sugar powder into the meringue.

Mix lightly until the powder is gone.

I wanted to add color to macaroons, so I divided the dough into two places and added pigments, but it can be omitted!!

After applying the dough gently to the wall of the bowl, repeat it three to five times to put the dough in the center.

As shown in the picture, if you fold the dough into a stair shape and the shape stays the same for more than 5 to 7 seconds, the dough is complete!!

Put the dough in the piping bag.

Put the macaron design on the bottom, put parchment paper on top, and squeeze the macaron evenly.
(The design is needed to keep the macaron size constant~!!)

Dry it in a dry place until it doesn't come out when touched and the gloss disappears.
(In this dry and cold weather, it dries up in 30 minutes~!!)

Bake for 5 minutes in a 150 degree oven, lower it to 130 degrees, bake for 10 minutes, and cool it down.
