STEP 1/7
Prepare 1 cup of pork, season with pepper and salt, and let ripen briefly in the refrigerator while preparing vegetables
Pork is low in fat, cheap, and crunchy back leg meat. If you cut it into one finger, it's perfect for curry
STEP 2/7
Cut potatoes in half and carrots in half. It's good to eat them together at once
I use ingredients that I don't use often, such as mushrooms and carrots, after cutting them and freezing them
Cut the onions into squares and put them in
STEP 3/7
Add 2 potatoes, 1 onion, 1/2 carrot, 3 mushrooms and pork and 1.5 T of anchovy powder
Pour in 1.5 cups water.
When it boils, a lot of water comes out of the vegetables.
If you cooked rice before that, you can use rice water
STEP 4/7
Stir evenly and cook it for 20 minutes
There's strong meat and vegetable broth
STEP 5/7
Add curry powder to your liking right after the multi-purpose stew is done. I liked curry powder 7T
Stir it and taste if it tastes right
If you add curry powder while the water is hot, it doesn't clump and melts well
STEP 6/7
Stir in curry powder and reheat for 9 minutes
It's a little salty to eat with rice
If you think it's salty, add more water and stir
Enjoy your meal.
