Cooking Steps

Divide the dough into 50g to 55g.

Cut the red bean paste into 8 pieces and make it round.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.

Put in the red bean paste.

Cover the red bean paste with the batter and shape it in a circle.

Press the top of the dough with red bean paste, cover it with plastic, and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes for a second fermentation.

Beat in an egg and spread it evenly on the red bean bread that finished the second fermentation.
STEP 15/15
Sprinkle black sesame seeds in the middle of the top and bake it in a 180-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes to complete the delicious red bean bread!
It's the amount of 8 red bean breads!! When I make bread, I use flour when I make strong flour cookies!! If you apply egg wash before baking in the oven, the color on the surface is pretty and glossy.
