STEP 1/9
2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of starch syrup (oligosaccharide), and 1 cup of water
Place each in a 2:1:1 (sugar 2:starch syrup 1:water 1) saucepan and boil over medium to high heat.
You can't stir it here. (If you keep boiling it, it becomes syrup, but if you stir it in the process of becoming syrup, sugar crystals are formed.)
STEP 2/9
Wash the strawberries clean in water and remove the tip without cutting them with a knife. You have to remove the juice so that it doesn't get strong.
Cut the middle part of the banana, not both ends. Cut a straight line so that it doesn't come out diagonally when you plug it in.
STEP 3/9
Wipe off the strawberries with a kitchen towel and stick them in a wooden skewer.
Put the banana on the wooden skewer first, then the strawberry.
STEP 4/9
Place the fruit on top of the paper foil. And wipe off the juice from the strawberries with a kitchen towel.
STEP 5/9
Lower the heat to low when the syrup is ready. (The way to check if syrup is done is to get cold water in a paper cup, drop the syrup, and keep it firm. Boil it more if it'
STEP 6/9
Prepare paper foil on a tray, hold fruit skewers and sprinkle syrup. It's easier to use a ladle! Sprinkle syrup 2 to 3 times. Or the fruit ripens in the syrup and forms water.
STEP 7/9
Let it harden for about 15 minutes at room temperature. (If it hardens in the refrigerator or freezer, it melts quickly at room temperature.)
STEP 8/9
Spray the strawberry tanghulu with the spray whipping cream (optional) and it's done.
STEP 9/9
I think it would be good to make Christmas Santa Tanghulu with children or to serve customers. Merry Christmas (`)
