Beef bulgogi hotteok with lots of beef cattle
Hotteok that comes to mind when you think of winter! What comes to mind when you think of hotteok is sweet honey hotteok. Instead of honey, I'm going to add sweet and salty bulgogi and bean sprouts I stir-fried it to make bean sprouts bulgogi hotteok. It's warm because it's grilled deliciously, and it's fun to eat because it has a combination of moist+crispy+sweet and salty taste on the outside. It's also very delicious if you add cheese to your taste. How about 'Yukwoo Bulgogi Hotteok' for a delicious snack or meal in this chilly weather like today ^^?

Ingredients
  • Beef bulgogi
    150g
  • Host
    1handful
  • Hotteok mix
    296g
  • Water
    180ml
  • mozzarella cheese
    1handful
  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • Sugar
    1T
  • crushed garlic
    1/2T
  • Sesame oil
    1/2T
  • ground pepper
    1/3t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
1. Remove blood from the kitchen towel from the beef cattle for bulgogi.
2. Marinate beef cattle with blood removed in bulgogi seasoning.
3. Grease a frying pan with cooking oil and stir-fry marinated beef.
4. When the beef cattle are cooked to some extent, add bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Make hotteok dough with commercial hotteok mix.
STEP 3/5
After putting cooking oil on your hands, take off the hotteok dough in a round shape and add the pre-fried bean sprouts bulgogi to make it look pretty.

Grease with plenty of cooking oil and bake over high to medium heat.

*It's delicious even if you add mozzarella cheese to your taste. *You have to hold the dough big and put a lot of bulgogi and bean sprouts so that it doesn't explode, so it's more delicious because it's full when it's done. *You can heat the leftover hotteok in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
