STEP 1/8
I prepare the ingredients first.
It doesn't take long to stir-fry it
Pork is prepared for japchae, and bok choy is leftover, so I used only 5-6 pieces.
I also added some pine mushrooms.
If you don't have it, you can pass.
STEP 2/8
Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in the wok, add 1 tablespoon of minced green onion and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and stir-fry the pork first.
STEP 3/8
When the meat is cooked, stir-fry the mushrooms and onions.
STEP 4/8
Roll the vegetables in one place and stir-fry them together with about a tablespoon and a half of oyster sauce.
STEP 5/8
Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cooking sugar (oligodang) and stir-fry them together.
STEP 6/8
When the onion is out of breath, put bok choy on it and rummage.
STEP 7/8
If you rummage through it a few times, bok choy dies.
Then, turn off the light.
You can turn off the lights. I turn the heat down and rummage I turned it off.
STEP 8/8
Lastly, if you sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and sesame seeds, the stir-fried bok choy with pork is complete
I just ate it like this because I like it with water..
If you don't like it with water, add starch water (starch powder 1: water 1) to make starch water and mix it at the end. You can eat the thick bok choy stir-fry
