How to make apple kkakdugi, crunchy apple kimchi like a salad
How to make apple kkakdugi One of the fruits that I eat the most these days is apple. Mrs. Cook loves apples so much that I eat them every morning. I'll upload how to make apple kimchi kkakdugi that you can season with crunchy apples right away and eat like a salad. Especially, if you bought a large amount of apples in a box and they don't taste good, it's better to make them with kimchi and enjoy them as fresh as a salad.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the apples clean and dry. I just washed it and used it because it's an apple that you eat with the skin of the oil, but if you're worried about using it, you can soak it in vinegar water for about 30 minutes before using it.
STEP 2/6
Add all the apple seasoning ingredients and mix them evenly. Because apples are browned while cutting, season them before cutting them.
STEP 3/6
Cut the apple into 4~6 pieces according to the size and remove the seeds.
STEP 4/6
Cut it into bite-sized pieces. When I was cutting an apple, I came up and ate one...LOL
STEP 5/6
Put sliced apples and chopped chives in a bowl and add the mixed seasoning. Chives go better with it than green onions.
STEP 6/6
Mix well so that the seasoning is mixed well. Add seasoning to taste. Mix apple kkakdugi right before eating.
