Add a bit of broth and boil it
If you stir-fry the kimchi for about 3 minutes, add only one ladle of the broth you made first and boil it for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
STEP 6/8
Add the rest of the broth and boil it
Add a handful of onions, 1 spoonful of ground garlic, 1 spoonful of dark soy sauce, 1 spoonful of red pepper powder, half a spoonful of kimchi soup, and all the rest of the stock and boil over medium heat for another 5 minutes.

Wrap up with vegetables and tofu
After 5 minutes, add 1 cheongyang pepper, tofu, and green onion to add the spicy taste, and boil it over medium heat for another 20 minutes.
STEP 8/8
Seasoning
The taste and seasoning will vary depending on the condition of the kimchi, but I think it will be enough not to season it separately. It's been boiled for a long time, so it's going to taste and taste strong.
It's such a common and popular stew that it feels new even if you change the ingredients. It changes the taste of the soup?
As the flavor of the soup changed with just one bacon, I was very satisfied with the taste.
Since it contains Cheongyang red pepper and red pepper powder, it has a bit of aggressive spicy and spicy taste, so I recommend it as a snack for soju based on rice main stew. Thank you.^_^
