STEP 1/8
There were potatoes that sprouted, so I trimmed the parts
STEP 2/8
Before we start, we need to wipe the potatoes clean
It's good to eat it with the skin off, but it's better to eat it with the skin off Haha
Rinse the potatoes several times in running water
Soak it in water and wipe it clean with a cleaning brush
STEP 3/8
And I'm going to boil it for you
Add washed potatoes and water and boil 2 tablespoons of vinegar
I've seen this information before
If you add vinegar when you boil the potatoes, it will not only sterilize the skin
It removes the unique Arin flavor of potatoes
Boil it for 10 to 15 minutes until it's not cooked to the core
STEP 4/8
Rinse the boiled potatoes in running water
STEP 5/8
I was going to eat it with the kids, so I boiled it down with soy sauce
Personally, I regret that I should have done half and half because I prefer spicy food Hah!
Add 8 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 5 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Pour water into the potato until it is submerged
I put a bit of kelp and boiled it down to make it taste better
If you don't have kelp, you can take it out
STEP 6/8
Boil it on high heat
When the water is half boiled down, reduce the heat to medium
STEP 7/8
When the water is almost gone
I'll put the last spoonful of oligosaccharide
I added a bit of gloss
STEP 8/8
Add oligosaccharide and mix well
Turn off the light when the water is at the bottom~
And I sprayed sesame seeds to finish it off ~
