Cooking Steps

I'm going to use carbonara buldak noodles
Please prepare it. (Cheese powder is a must)
You can use any cheese, such as mozzarella cheese.
Please adjust the amount of eggs according to your preference.
I don't use noodles
I'll store it separately for kimchi jjigae
Use for other dishes.

First, heat up the pan
Add cooking oil and eggs
Make a scramble, please.

Add a bowl of rice and stir-fry.

Add the spicy sauce of carbonara buldak noodles
Mix it evenly.

Mix well so that it doesn't clump together.

Apeach flakes can be blanched in hot water
Pour hot water into a cup like me
Soak for about 3 minutes.

Put fried rice in a bowl
Place a slice of cheese and Apeach flakes on top
Heat it in the microwave for about a minute and it's done.
