STEP 1/7
The noodles I used are Barilla No. 3 Spaghetti Noodles. (Barilla Spaghettini n.3)
Add 21g of salt to the water, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and boil it for about 3 minutes when the temperature of the water is 100. (You don't have to add olive oil, but I didn't want to add a little bit of noodles and mix it, so I added it when it was boiling.)
- There are many kinds of pasta noodles. The spaghetti noodles I used are thinner than regular spaghetti noodles, so the cooking time is very short. The time should be different depending on the side you are using.

STEP 2/7
# Order of boiling spaghetti noodles
1. Add enough noodles to soak in the boiled noodles, and add enough salt to taste a little salty (7g in 1 liter of water)
2. Boil the bottom side according to the standard.
3. Place the noodles in the strainer and leave about a cup of the remaining noodles.
If you add noodle water during cooking, it is easy to dissolve the lumped noodles, and you don't need to season it separately to enhance the flavor of pasta.
STEP 3/7
# How to boil spaghetti 1. On the old TV, some chefs decide by looking at whether it sticks to the tile wall or not. I tried it a few years ago.. If the tiles get dirty, I think the noodles are cooked well..;; So I don't do it this way.
STEP 4/7
# How to boil spaghetti 2. When you take out a strand of noodles in the middle of boiling the noodles, cut the noodles, and look at the cross-section, you can determine the degree of cooking by looking at the size of the flour dot in the middle. But there are some drawbacks. You have to hold the hot side with your hands. And as we look at the cross section, the noodles continue to boil. It's hard to predict unless you look at the state of the section and make a lot of it.
STEP 5/7
### How to cook spaghetti
There is usually a time to boil noodles in pasta noodles. If you're not confident in cooking, use the noodles that have the recipe^^ Usually, spaghetti is boiled for 6 to 9 minutes based on the thickness of No. 5.
Now it sets the standard for cooking. If the al dente recipe with a slightly chewy texture is 8 minutes, boil it for 9 minutes if I like it more spread and 7 minutes if I like it less cooked.
STEP 6/7
# Now that we have a standard, let me tell you how long it takes to boil.
If my standard is al dente 8 minutes recipe texture, and if I can cook it relatively quickly (for beginners) like aglio e olio pasta or commercial sauces, I boil the noodles for about 7 minutes (for 1 minute)
STEP 7/7
If you want the texture of the al dente 8-minute recipe, add whipped cream and milk, add some noodles (based on beginners), and if you need a longer cooking time, boil the noodles for 6 minutes (based on the recipe -2 minutes)
I heard that the amount of spaghetti sold in the restaurant is about 80g to 90g of boto. If you don't have a scale at home, pick up the spaghetti noodles in a circle and say that the size of a 100 won coin is the amount for one person.
