Pickled dried seaweed
If you have any dried laver left after wrapping the soggy seaweed or gimbap, try making pickled laver! I brought a way to make salty dried seaweed pickles that I used to eat a lot at a Korean restaurant If you mix it with egg rice, it tastes so good^^ It's not difficult to make side dishes, so check out the recipe for pickled dried laver through the video!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Make a hole in the chili pepper
Prepare 2 small pieces of ginger
STEP 2/9
I'll make you kelp stock
STEP 3/9
While the broth is ready, cut the seaweed into bite-size pieces
STEP 4/9
When it starts to boil, remove the kelp
I will boil more cheongyang peppers with soy sauce
STEP 5/9
I'll make boiled soy sauce
STEP 6/9
Boil it on low heat for about 10 minutes
If it's been 10 minutes, remove the ginger and cheongyang chili pepper
STEP 7/9
Remove from heat and mix 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
STEP 8/9
Dried soy sauce must be cooled completely and poured into the dried seaweed!
I put the pot in like a double boiler so that it cools down quickly
STEP 9/9
Seaweed, sesame, and sweetened soy sauce
You can eat it after aging it in the refrigerator for a day!
I like thick seaweed like seaweed for kimbap The thin laver like blue laver melts when you pour in the boiled soy sauce! Make sure to cool down completely before pouring it into the seaweed It's getting all steamy

I added 10 soggy gimbap laver and 5 roasted laver because I wanted to make a lot, but the laver spread after aging for a day... But it's good to eat with the spread of seaweed If you're going to make it with gimbap seaweed, I think you should put it in stepwise and season it...It's hard to take off one sheet at a time... I saw it a day later, and there was something less marinated, so I changed it up and down... It's not that salty and it's perfect to eat with riceThank you for the recipe
