STEP 1/23
Prepare the materials specified at the top.
STEP 2/23
Add eggs, noodles, green onions, tofu, and meat
STEP 3/23
Wash the onions clean, cut them in half and shred them.
STEP 4/23
Slice the pine mushrooms thinly and cut them in half.
STEP 5/23
Wash the entire bowl of bean sprouts under running water and support them with a sieve.
STEP 6/23
I washed bok choy and cut my legs!
STEP 7/23
Keep the vegetables ready like this
STEP 8/23
Shiitake mushrooms are cut into the shape of a cross in the middle cross. (Decoration Point)
STEP 9/23
Wash enoki mushrooms clean and cut the bottom.
STEP 10/23
Now, I'm going to make broth
Put water in a pot and add radish, anchovies for soup, kelp, and onions.
And put in about 3ts of Tzuyu!
STEP 11/23
Boil the rest of the ingredients while cooking.
STEP 12/23
Wash tofu clean and cut into 12 pieces.
I chose tofu for stew because tofu is softer than tofu for frying pan
STEP 13/23
Point! Making tofu in perilla oil!
STEP 14/23
Wash the green onions and cut them sideways
STEP 15/23
Tofu is baked in perilla oil!
It is important to grill sukiyaki in perilla oil, not just green onions.
STEP 16/23
Crack raw eggs one by one in a personal bowl.
STEP 17/23
Making sukiyaki broth.
Kikkoman Sukiyaki Sauce: 1:1.5 for anchovy broth,
And I cut it and prepared Katsuobushi Soup: broth 1:8.
It's because I only have half a bottle of sukiyaki sauce, so if you buy one bottle in advance, you don't have to make two like that! The broth made with sukiyaki sauce is more delicious than katsuobushi.
STEP 18/23
Now put the vegetables in a hot pot.
Lay the bean sprouts at the bottom and wrap the trimmed vegetables, tofu, and green onions in a round shape.
And put a lot of meat in the middle.
STEP 19/23
Ta-da! It's done!!!
I think Sukiyaki is a really pretty food every time I see it. Best visual with mille-feuille nabe lol
STEP 20/23
Compared to the process, the results are pretty
It is a good menu for housewarming, guest table, and birthday table.
STEP 21/23
Put the insider item on the grill table at my house
STEP 22/23
Then pour the broth in half of the hot pot and boil it over high heat!
You can eat vegetables first while boiling, and continue to add meat and cook them.
Since the sauce for sukiyaki is used, the seasoning is not boring, and it tastes a little like bulgogi hot pot.
It was so delicious to dip meat and vegetables in raw eggs and alternately dip them in citron ponzu sauce (kikkomang).
STEP 23/23
And I boiled noodles in the remaining soup and put it in..
It's so delicious...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Personally, I think the thick kalguksu noodles were the most delicious than the middle noodles... It tastes better if you dip it in yuja ponzu.
The process of making it is easy, but the visual is pretty and delicious!
I'm done with the end!!!
1. The thinner the meat for shabu shabu, the more delicious it is.
2. Personally, raw eggs and citron phoneme sauce (Kikkoman) go well with the sauce you dip.
3. The tip is to fry tofu and green onions in perilla oil!
4. At first, don't add too much stock, but only 1/3 to 1/2 of the hot pot.
5. At the end, eat noodles with noodles rather than porridge
