* If you rinse the shredded potatoes in water, the starch will go out, so you can stir-fry them neatly
* If you make green onion oil first and stir-fry the potatoes, it tastes more savory
* If you add red pepper powder when you stir-fry potatoes, it becomes a spicy and delicious red potato stir-fry
