Wash the pot clean and wash the boiled pigs' feet in running water And pour exactly 3L of water into the pot

Add 500ml of soy sauce

Add all the ingredients and boil over high heat for another 1 hour and 30 minutes 30 minutes when I first boiled it a while ago. 1 hour and 30 minutes when I second boiled it. 2 hours in total, the jokbal is completed :)

Remove the well-boiled pigs' feet and put them on a strainer tray to cool them in a well-ventilated place

Let it cool for 4 to 5 hours and cut it nicely
