STEP 1/7
Add 4.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a little pepper to the ungreased tuna and mix well.

Put 4-5 eggs and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well.

Chop the onions and chop the chives.
* If you have seasoned laver, please slice it thinly.
I don't have any, so I'll just use the chives

Add chopped onions, 4 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoons of oligosaccharide to taste, 1 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of mirin, and boil down over medium-low heat until the sauce is small.
STEP 5/7
Put a little cooking oil on a pan that is preheated over low heat, pour egg water, and make scrambled eggs.
* If you like soft and moist egg scrambled eggs, turn off the gas when the eggs are about 70% cooked and cook them a little more on residual heat.
If you like egg scrambled eggs, you can cook them until the end :)
STEP 6/7
Put a proper amount of rice in the bowl.
Place egg scrambled eggs on top of it, and put a moderate amount of onion and tuna mayo boiled in soy sauce in the middle.
Sprinkle mayonnaise on it
Lastly, put the chives (sesame, chopped seasoned laver) and finish.
