Ingredients
  • Powerful rice flour
    10cup
  • Sugar
    1cup
  • Makgeolli
    1cup
  • Water
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/18
Rice powder is wet rice powder with salt.
If you grind the rice flour from the rice cake place
There should be salt in it.
The dry rice powder sold at the mart
There's no salt in it.
Add 1T of salt per 10 cups of rice flour.
Add about 1/3 cup more water for dry rice powder
Makgeolli must be raw makgeolli. That's how it's fermented.
Sterilized makgeolli is not fermented because it has no yeast.
All you need is the word "saeng" in makgeolli.
Raw rice wine has a short shelf life.
Sterilized makgeolli has a long expiration date
STEP 2/18
Put the rice flour on a sieve.
STEP 3/18
Add 10 cups of rice powder, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of makgeolli, and 1 cup of water
Mix it well.
STEP 4/18
Don't be flustered because it's too watery.
It's this thin.
STEP 5/18
I'm going to ferment it.
First, ferment for about 4 hours.
It's cold these days, so you can put it under the blanket
I'm going to hold warm water underneath
I put it in the oven and let it ferment.
Don't let the water touch the container directly.
STEP 6/18
After about 4 hours, take out the dough and mix it once.
The dough will be swollen like this.
After mixing, you can see the bubbles rising up.
STEP 7/18
Second fermentation.
Ferment in a warm place for 3-4 hours.
Take out the dough and mix the swollen dough again.
STEP 8/18
I'm going to pour the dough into the mold.
Don't put too much batter
It's more chewy and delicious if you make it thin.
It would be nice to have a Mustle, but if you don'tell me
In a circular or square shape with foil
Make a mold and steam it with cotton cloth on top of it.
If you pour the batter into the steamer
The steam didn't come up
It might not cook well to the inside.
There needs to be some space on the side.
STEP 9/18
Pour in the dough.
STEP 10/18
I'm going to garnish the dough.
I'll take out the seeds and roll them up and cut them
I put it up in the shape of a flower shape.
You can put black sesame on top.
STEP 11/18
Before steaming, put the batter in a steamer
I'll leave it for about 10 minutes and steam it.
I'll pour cold water underneath
with the lid open
Steam over medium low heat for about 10 minutes.
Then the dough will come up a bit.
STEP 12/18
Now cover and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
After that, reduce the heat to medium and steam it for 10 minutes.
STEP 13/18
Then, a pretty and delicious supplement is completed.^^
STEP 14/18
Yoongi is so good. ^^
STEP 15/18
The remaining dough is steamed in muffin paper.
The muffin is weak
To the side.. It spread out.crying
STEP 16/18
So the shape..[Laughing]
It tasted better even though the shape was not good.
Since I'm scooping out the batter little by little
It's more chewy and fluffy.
STEP 17/18
I'll have two big cakes
It's done!
For those who like great episodes
Make it into a pretty shape
I think you can use it as a cake.^^
STEP 18/18
It's also good for meals.
If there's rice powder left
Please make a large-sized one.
You're not buying and eating Jeungpyeon. No, no^^

After pouring it into muffin paper, can I steam it on top of the steamer? Put muffin paper and open the lid, medium heat for 20 minutes, close the lid, and steam for 20 minutes? Please tell me how to gain weight in detail.

It's so delicious. I added milk instead of water and it became softer rice cake You don't have to follow the ratio, but if the dough gets watery, it's made well. I think the key is fermentation

Thank you for the great information. I treated the rice flour that takes up the freezer space Since it's dry, I added water and makgeolli 1.3 each, but it must have been a little watery. I like sweet things, so I added 3 sugars. I liked it because it was sweet If I put in 1, it almost doesn't taste sweet. I think what they sell in the market has a lot of sugar. It's so delicious that I'm eating it in a plastic bagHaha Additional - As per recipe, sugar cools down and tastes sweet. I'm getting sick of what I added because it's cold. As expected, according to the recipe is the answerHaha I made it a second time and brought it to my parents lol It tastes better if you grill it in butter. There are places that grill and sell this. But it would taste better with some salt. I think what I have is wet, so this time I only added water and makgeolli 1 and it was more chewy, so the texture was better than the first one.
