STEP 1/14
At the supermarket, I bought a cheap one
I picked one.
I think there are about 15 of them.
We'll cook 8 of themselves,
I'm going to use the rest for another dish.
STEP 2/14
When we grill shrimp, we cut the back and make salt, pepper, or sauce and spread it.
STEP 3/14
If you cut the shrimp's back a little, you'll see the poop.
Please pick the one that looks like a string.
STEP 4/14
The horns sticking out from the shrimp's head?? Please remove Do.
STEP 5/14
Cut the tail a little bit.
The horns and tail end have a lot of moisture, so when you stir-fry it in oil, it's pavabababak!!! You can fry it, so you remove it.
STEP 6/14
When you are done, wash the shrimp thoroughly.
STEP 7/14
It shouldn't be too wet, so use a kitchen towel to drain.
STEP 8/14
Cut it into 1cm pieces, please.
STEP 9/14
Potatoes can be big enough to eat in one bite.
STEP 10/14
I need to make the sauce
I have wasabi mayonnaise at home, and I put it in because I thought it would be delicious. It could be spicy, so I added only 1T.
STEP 11/14
Put the sauce in a medium-high frying pan,
Sprinkle potatoes and herb salt and stir-fry it
For those who don't have herb salt, salt and pepper are okay too
STEP 12/14
Add the shrimp and spread evenly so that the sauce can soak properly.
And I closed the lid and waited until the shrimp was cooked.
STEP 13/14
Mayo shrimp is covered with mayonnaise, so it looks delicious
STEP 14/14
The shrimp was plated with red pepper at the end.
It's good to make it with garlic butter crab, which is the other day~
Both dishes don't have a lot of ingredients, and there are many overlapping parts, so it's good to make them together.
Potatoes... Potatoes are really good
