Instead of songpyeon, I made a simple "Yakbap" for Chuseok.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Prepare chestnuts, jujubes, pine nuts, and raisins in the freezer.
STEP 2/15
Soak 3 cups of glutinous rice the night before (more than 6 hours)
Drain the water.
STEP 3/15
I only use the jujube flesh by spinning it.
STEP 4/15
Boil the jujube seeds in water (3 cups) and prepare them as rice water for medicinal rice.
STEP 5/15
Jujube seeds, we have 2 1/2 cups of water
Add 1 cup of brown sugar
STEP 6/15
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
STEP 7/15
3 tablespoons of sesame oil
Add a little (1/3 teaspoon) of cinnamon powder and dissolve the brown sugar completely.

Put the drained glutinous rice into an electric pressure rice cooker
STEP 9/15
Put chestnuts, jujubes, raisins on top
Pour in the soy sauce water.
STEP 10/15
Stir it so that the soy sauce is mixed evenly
Press the Cook button.
STEP 11/15
Remove the seed eye from the pine nut while the rice is being cooked.
STEP 12/15
If you put pine nuts in advance, they'll get too soft
Put it in later after the medicine is done.

When the medicine is ready

Put pine nuts on top and mix them well

Cool it in a glass bowl and cut it into bite-size pieces.

    With paper cups and rice spoon and chopsticks I put ingredients from home and it's so delicious^^ I don't like things with a lot of garnish, so I only put in jujube and chestnuts I used the pressure cooker, and it didn't even take 30 minutes I always bought something this simple It's not too sweet and the taste is just right If you don't like steamed rice, I think you can add half a cup less
