Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Season pork with oyster sauce, cooking wine, and pepper,
STEP 2/11
Shred cabbage only and cut all ingredients into cubes.
STEP 3/11
Stir-fry grape seed oil and garlic in a pan.
STEP 4/11
When garlic is stir-fried, add black soybean paste and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/11
When the chunjang is fried tightly, add kelp and water and boil it a little thickly.
STEP 6/11
First, put grape seed oil on the pan and stir-fry the pork first.
STEP 7/11
If the pork is cooked white, add all the vegetables and cook them with the lid closed.
STEP 8/11
Open the lid and stir-fry the vegetables when it's fried to a certain extent, add 1/2 of the black bean paste.

When it's almost stir-fried, add starch water and stir-fry it.
STEP 10/11
When it boils in a pot, boil the noodles for 3 to 4 minutes and rinse them in cold water.

Roll the noodles with your fingers and place them in a bowl and place them on top of the sauce.
When I added kelp water while stir-frying the black bean paste, there was no need to add water and it was delicious because it was so delicious. It's easy if I just stir-fry black soybean paste, right?

    I just did it with water, and I skipped carrots, ginger liquor..I made beef, but it was delicious, so the groom finished a big bowl, ate a little more, and my baby (23 months) ate a bowl of jajangmyeon...!! Thank you for trying to make jajangmyeon with this recipe from now on!
