STEP 1/13
I bought a bag of 380g of bean sprouts Wash it in the water.. My roots are so messy that I trimmed them. Drain on a sieve.
STEP 2/13
Put the drained bean sprouts in the pan.. Add a spoonful of chili powder..
STEP 3/13
1 spoon of minced garlic..
STEP 4/13
A handful of chopped green onions... (If you put green onions or onions in the refrigerator, they will get softened easily, so I shop one by one, prepare them, cut them all, and store them in the freezer.).. Whenever I cook, I take out a fist and use it~)
STEP 5/13
A handful of sliced onions
STEP 6/13
Add half of the cheongyang peppers in very thin slices.
STEP 7/13
And add 3 spoons of cooking oil
I'm going to stir-fry it.
STEP 8/13
As I stir-fry it, I remembered that I didn't season it
Add half a spoonful of salt. I'll season it in the middle of the dish and add more if it's bland
STEP 9/13
I'll stir-fry it with both hands
STEP 10/13
Stir-fry the bean sprouts until they are fully cooked If you taste it in the middle and think it's bland, dab it with salt.. If you stir-fry it a little more, it's done!
STEP 11/13
Put it in a glass bowl..
STEP 12/13
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top!
Delicious stir-fried bean sprouts is complete.
STEP 13/13
For dinner, I ate squid radish soup and kale wrap and stir-fried bean sprouts.. It's so delicious as a side dish! By the time you're done eating.. It's a delicacy if you mix rice with the sauce that's left under the side dish~^^
Stir-fry longer than you think until the bean sprouts completely wither. But the crunchy taste is good!
