Zucchini shrimp dumpling, Dongdong
I challenged myself because it seemed easy to make a single dumpling with zucchini and beef filling in everything. I chopped the shrimp and made zucchini and sausal dong. I think it'd be good to make it when customers come and make dumpling hot pot^^

Cooking Steps

Add a little oil to the pan and stir-fry 1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce without moisture.

Add a little bit of oil, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce to the pan and stir-fry quickly.

Mix the prepared filling ingredients and fill the filling with dumplings.

Cover the dumpling skin with water with your fingers and press it tightly so that it doesn't burst.

Put half a tablespoon of vinegar in boiling water and carefully put dumplings in it. After 1 minute, turn it upside down, boil it for 2 minutes, scoop it out, and put it in ice water and put it in ice water.
