Wash the red beans and soak them in water for about an hour.

Pour enough water to soak the red beans in the soaked red beans and boil it over high heat.
When the red bean water boils, pour the red bean water out.

Simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes to reduce red bean water.

Put ice cubes of milk in the shaved ice machine and grind them.

Put the patbingsu on top of the patbings.

Put commercial bingsu rice cake on top.
