STEP 1/8
Put a little bit of salt and vinegar in a pot and boil it hard. If you boil an egg in water from the beginning, it will be boiled for about 15 minutes, so please refer to it. :)
STEP 2/8
And you boil the noodles. The size of a 500 won coin is considered to be for one person. Put the noodles in when the water boils, add half a cup of cold water when it rises, add half a cup when it rises, and quickly move to cold water when it rises, and wash it with cold water to eliminate the previous quarter.
STEP 3/8
While the eggs were boiling, I made the bibim yeolmu-guksu sauce. 1 spoon of red pepper powder / 1/2 spoon of sugar 2 spoon of red pepper paste / 1.5 spoon of minced garlic / 1.5 spoon of vinegar / 1 spoon of plum juice per spoon / 1/2 spoon of sesame oil / 2 spoon of sesame seed young radish kimchi soup mixed well and prepared.
* This sauce is large enough, so don't put it all in when you mix it with the noodles, but add a little bit
STEP 4/8
I also cut the young radish noodles into bite-size pieces. About a handful per bowl? I think you can put it in.There's nothing specific about young radishes, but since it's young radishes noodles, it's delicious with plenty of young radishes!!
STEP 5/8
Next, I need to make the broth!!!It's good to make this broth right before you eat it.- It's better to eat it cool. - This recipe is made with cold noodle broth sold at marts. Add 1 ladle of young radish kimchi soup and half a cup of water to 1 cold noodle broth and stir well. You can leave it in the refrigerator like this, or you can make it right before you eat it. For your information, it's good to have thin ice for cold noodle broth, so let's go to the freezer!!
STEP 6/8
Add half a spoon of sugar, half a spoon of sesame oil, and sesame salt for young radish.
STEP 7/8
Now all the preparations are done!!! When the noodles are properly boiled, mix the noodles with the sauce you made, put on plastic gloves, put them in a bowl, and put the young radish kimchi and eggs on top, and that's it!!
* As I said above, the amount of sauce is enough, so don't mix it all with the noodles at once, add a little bit and mix it
STEP 8/8
And just young radish noodles!!! Put the noodles in a bowl, pour the broth, and sugar.Put the radish with sesame oil and eggs on top, and you're done!!!
I made one serving with water and one serving with bibim. The sauce on the top is written for one person. If you prepare two servings, please double it^^
