Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Season 10 chicken tenderloin with a little salt and pepper.

I'm going to make you a mother sauce. It's a mother sauce made by Yoon's Kitchen. Once you make it, you can use it in many ways. Add 2 cups water, 2 cups soy sauce, 1/4 cup minced garlic, 1 cup sugar, 2/3 apples, 1 onion and 1t of pepper and grind in a blender. I didn't have an apple, so I took it out and made it.
STEP 3/8
Mix half a cup of frying powder and half a cup of water to make a batter.
STEP 4/8
Add seasoned chicken tenderloin to the dough and coat it with batter.
STEP 5/8
I'm going to fry it in heated cooking oil. When you fry it for the first time, don't fry it at too high a temperature. Fry over medium-low heat until cooked to the core.

Fry over medium heat until golden brown again.

Put 2/3 cups of mother sauce in a frying pan, add 20 garlics and 7T of oligosaccharide and bring to a boil over low heat..
