The ingredients for caramel bread popcorn are simple.
2 slices of bread, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup water, 1 slice of butter, 1/2 cup milk, and you're out!
* Leave the milk at room temperature for about 30 minutes to get rid of the cold air.

First, cut the bread into 1~1.5cm pieces.
Place the bread in an empty pan and bake it crispy as if it is drying the moisture completely.

Wipe the crumbs clean and boil over low heat with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/3 cup water
When the sugar is completely melted, add 1 piece of butter.
*If you want a darker color, boil down water + sugar until brown and add butter.

When the butter is completely melted, pour 1/2 cup milk and continue to stir until thickened.

When the caramel sauce is complete, add the pre-baked bread and mix well.

Just spread it out on parchment paper and cool it down to make caramel bread popcorn :)
