STEP 1/8
Slice the onions thinly, and chop red pepper and cheongyang red pepper. And cut the green onions. This is the only ingredient that goes in other than raw anchovies.
STEP 2/8
Make the sauce. It's a seasoning where soybean paste is the basic base. First, add soybean paste and red pepper paste for spicy taste. Add minced garlic, chopped green onions, and chopped ginger.
STEP 3/8
Instead of red pepper paste, they add red pepper powder that gives another spicy taste, and they add red pepper powder with fine red pepper powder and thick red pepper seeds. Then, add the rice wine to control the smell and mix it well. I think we need something sweet. I added honey because onions are not enough. Sugar is fine, and oligosaccharides. Plum juice is good, too. Then the soybean paste seasoning for braised raw anchovies is complete.
STEP 4/8
Place half of the onion slices on the bottom of the pot and wash the raw anchovies that were marinated in milk thoroughly and place them on top. Raw anchovies are all gutted, so it tastes better if you put the bones in them. And then you eat the bones together.
STEP 5/8
And put the remaining onions, red peppers, and cheongyang peppers on top.
STEP 6/8
Put the soybean paste sauce on top. Spread it evenly and put it up.
STEP 7/8
And pour water on your own. I didn't put in the broth. You don't have to put it in. There's a soup that comes out of the raw anchovies themselves.
STEP 8/8
It's a delicious and spicy stewed raw anchovy using raw anchovies. Braised raw anchovies must have a wrap.
