STEP 1/8
Steak meat looks more delicious when there's a grill mark. Take out the Happy Call square grill pan, turn on the heat, and heat it up. If you put meat on the pan without preheating it, it won't get any marks. You have to heat up the pan first. I hurriedly prepared it and took a picture, so it's tilted to the right. .
STEP 2/8
When the pan is heated, add butter and melt. If I was going to eat it, I would have put a lot of butter, but I put a little bit because I thought the person would ask why I put butter.
STEP 3/8
Place pan meat on top of melted butter.
STEP 4/8
Season with salt and pepper. Wait a minute!!! You should season it with salt and pepper in advance and let it soak inside. I couldn't season it in advance because I was in a hurry when I went out.
STEP 5/8
Can you see the section where the meat is slowly cooking? Blue Rare, Rare, Rare Medium, Medium, Medium Well-done, Well-done Large I'm looking to bake with well-done that's fully cooked out of the three stages of Rare, Medium, and Well-done. How much meat do you want me to grill? Just grilling it well done without asking. LOL If you keep turning the steak upside down while grilling it, the gravy may get out, so please flip it from the front to the back.
STEP 6/8
The timing to flip it over is when it's 80% cooked... The marks on the drawing came out well.
STEP 7/8
When the meat is cooked back and forth, take it out on a kitchen towel and make it last. Today is a hectic day... I forgot to take pictures. You can think of a rest time because you worked hard while baking in a hot pan. Place the meat on a kitchen towel and let stand for 1 minute. That way, you can lock up the gravy. It's also called the secret of changing the taste of meat.
STEP 8/8
It's so empty looking at the meat on the plate. Ah... I want to make the plating pretty. I put the ingredients in the refrigerator one by one. I sliced tomatoes, put potato salad, grilled meat, mushrooms, and grilled garlic. The combination of colors... I thought I needed something blue, so I went out with a lettuce on it and wrapped a hamburger, and I put up French fries there and filled the plate anyway.
