STEP 1/8

Cut 10cm of green onion
Cut the four pieces of garlic into pieces
STEP 2/8
Prepare 2/3 bowls of chopped kimchi + kimchi soup (based on rice bowl) with soy sauce 1T, red pepper paste 1/2T, sugar 1/2T, and pepper 3~4 times
STEP 3/8
Grill two rows of pork belly until it's golden and cut it into pieces
(If you think there's too much oil, wipe it slightly with a kitchen towel.) For those who like pork belly cooked well, grill it harder than the picture^)
STEP 4/8
Put green onion and garlic in the pork belly oil and stir-fry it
STEP 5/8
Put in the prepared kimchi
Add 1T of red pepper powder^
(It's still on medium heat.)^^)
STEP 6/8
Stir-fry it and add rice. (The picture was taken when I only put in one bowl, but I put in one and a half bowls^~^ If you put a bowl and a half for two people, it's enough because there's pork belly and kimchi^^)
STEP 7/8
Lastly, add 1T of sesame oil so that you can hear the sound It tastes better if you give it a slight ride
The seasoning of the kimchi is different, so please season it with salt. ^^
STEP 8/8
Depending on your preference, you can add seaweed flakes or fried eggs
Fries can be a little greasy because of pork belly, so I recommend seaweed flakes^^
I cut the seasoned dried seaweed because there was no seaweed powder, and the shape was stiff;
Even my mom, who doesn't like kimchi fried rice, says it's delicious and eats it very well
