Golden recipe to make wasabi radish in Japan
It's been a few days since I went to Japan... I'm still out of my mind;; There's no time difference... I don't know if it's because I couldn't sleep well at night... He's dozing off seriously He talked about pickled radish and corn chips... I arrived at the time when I really had to leave, and I was packing again.. I couldn't bring radish and corn chips and went to Gimpo Airport... So I decided to buy radish from Japan and make radish wraps!!

Ingredients
  • Radish
    1piece
  • Sugar
    1paper cup
  • Salt
    1little
  • Water

Slice as thin as possible.
God didn't give me the knife;; Cut it as thin as possible.
If you have a chopping knife, use that.
STEP 3/11
Put water, sugar, vinegar, salt, and wasabi in a pot.
The ratio is 2:1:1!
STEP 4/11
It's made in Japan, so it's Japanese vinegar, wasabi, sugar, salt, and brown sugar!
STEP 5/11
Add all the ingredients and boil it.
STEP 6/11
When it boils, turn off the heat and cool it down.
STEP 7/11
You can add boiled water to the radish that you cut.
I don't have a side dish container... I just put it in the pot!
STEP 8/11
If it cools down completely
STEP 9/11
Put it in a container
STEP 10/11
at room temperature for half a day
You can keep it in the refrigerator.
STEP 11/11
It was more delicious than I thought!
You said it's better than buying it, and you ate it very well
So I packed meat for dinner and ate rice with radish slices :)
I grill beef in soybean paste stew and eat it with radish slices,
I cook pork belly with seasoned meat
I enjoyed the meal very much :)
The conclusion is that I ate in Japan, too [Laughing]
It's good to make it like this in summer and eat it with cold noodles...
Give it a try :)
I'm so sleepy after taking rhinitis medicine;;; I'll have to go to bed early after dinner!!!
Then everyone go home on time :)
