Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
I'm preparing 174g of beef *I bought it from the mart because it was sharpened
STEP 2/5
Remove sesame salt and perilla oil, add all prepared seasonings and mix well Place in refrigerator and marinate for 30 minutes
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry it on high heat
The more meat is cooked, the more moisture it becomes
STEP 4/5
Stir-fry until 90 to 95% of the water is gone
STEP 5/5
Add 2T of sesame salt and 1T of perilla oil and mix well
It's good to put it in kimbap, noodles, bibimbap, bread, etc
