The tteokbokki rice cake I bought is long, so I cut it in half and used it. When I cut it in half, it was about the size of a Vienna sausage.

Let's quickly make the sotteok skewer sauce. Mix 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 6 tablespoons of starch syrup, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 6 tablespoon of ketchup, and 2 tablespoon of water in a saucepan.
