Spam Donburi Rice Recipe
The day my husband left work late because of the company dinner. To solve a simple dinner with my son I looked into the refrigerator. What a bunch of canned ham I got during the Lunar New Year holiday! As soon as I saw that, I decided on the dinner menu. It's Spam Donburi Rice. It's good enough to eat it with rice, but if you add a few ingredients at home, it's a very plausible bowl of rice.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
[Preparing the ingredients]
You can cut 50g of canned spam in moderation. I cut it in a long style.
Please tear 50g of chicken breast and prepare half of the onion. Chop the green onions that you're going to put on the garnish.

[Mixing the egg]
In a small bowl, place 2 eggs, salt small, add 2 pinch and mix well. The taste of the egg is important in Spam Donburi, so it's better to season it with salt.

[Blanching spam]
Depending on the type of can, there are not many salty flavors, but most of them are salty. Put it in boiling water and blanch it for about 40 seconds to make it salty.

After 40 seconds, drain it with a strainer! I'm going to eat it with my child, so I blanched it to neutralize the salty taste. If you like salty taste, you can skip this process.
STEP 5/17
[Baking spam and chicken breast]
Grill the well-drained ham and the shredded chicken breast in a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat.

The ham is golden on both sides!
Stir-fry chicken breast!I've baked it for about 2 minutes based on my standards, and please transfer the finished ingredients to another bowl.

[Stir-fry onions]
Add 2 spoons of cooking oil to the frying pan again, add all the sliced onions, and stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute until transparent.

[Spam Donburi Rice Sauce]
Please lower the heat to low.
Add 1 spoon of sugar, 3 spoons of dark soy sauce, and 70ml of water. If you like the sweet taste of Donburi, add about half a spoon of sugar and it will taste good.

If you put in all the water, raise the heat on high heat and turn it down to medium heat when it starts boiling. And boil down the sauce for about a minute.

Add all pre-baked spam and chicken breast and rummage for sauce.

Lastly, pour the egg mixture into a circle and boil it over medium heat for about 1 minute. Can't wait to see how the sauce and the moderately cooked egg will taste with rice!

They put green onions on top like garnish, depending on your preference. The soy sauce and moist egg meet and the texture is soft when eaten with rice. Salty spam also contributes greatly to the chewing taste.

You can scoop the sauce and ingredients with a ladle and put them on top, but it looked better to cover it with the shape of the frying pan. Don't divide the plates, just eat together.^^
