Making sweet and sour cucumber pickles.
It's the season of cucumbers. I was able to buy cucumbers cheaply because the price of cucumbers has decreased a lot these days. I make cucumber pickles around this time of year. If you make a cucumber pickle with 10 cucumbers, it's just enough to eat for a year.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash cucumbers clean. If you rub the surface slightly with thick salt, the bump will fall off easily and you can wash it clean.

Cut the cucumber. I don't cut cucumber pickles thinly. Cut it into thick pieces. Then I like the texture when I eat it and the thick one tastes better. And put cucumbers after sterilizing glass containers with hot water. I put it all in a bowl and put it in a container.

I'm going to boil the vinegar water. Add 6 cups of water, 2 cups of sugar, 4 cups of vinegar, 2 T of salt, 4 bay leaves, 2 spoons of pickling spice, Cheongyang red pepper, and lemon juice and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil, bring to a boil for another 2 minutes or so and turn off the heat.

And immediately strain the cucumber with hot vinegar water and pour it in.

At first, the blue cucumbers turn yellow after a couple of hours.

    I had 10 cucumbers in 6. Sugar 2. Apple vinegar 2. A half spoon of spice. A little bit of salt. I added a bag of lemon juice. The strong taste is too much, so I'll be a bit slow It was comfortable to boil it in a pot and cool it down with cucumbers.. I made it because handmade pickles were too expensive to buy, but I'll eat it well for a while without worrying. Thank you for the recipe ^^

    I gave up making pickles because I failed several times, but there were a lot of cucumbers, so I'll try making only 10 pickles!!! I don't know how it tastes because I just put it in, but it's neat and nice because I'm sifting it. But I feel a little empty, so I'm thinking if I should stick a laurel leaf..I'm thinking. I don't know if it's successful with the scent of boiling water.I'll taste it and leave a review. I opened the lid and left it there to cool it down. I'm thinking about closing it Review after 3 days.. I didn't put in bay leaves. 2 spoons of pickling spice is too much. The scent is strong, so the cucumber pickle flavor is full of spices.. They're covering their hands. I think it's not 2 spoons, but 1/2 spoons
