Vegetable bibimbap with vinegar, liver, and sweet seafood sauce
I am a college student who lives alone. After living alone for a long time, it became natural to eat alone. However, I often ate meals outside than on the day I ate at home, and I often bought high-calorie fast food or foods high in sodium. My mother, who was worried about me, always prepared various side dishes, and my favorite side dish was yakgochujang. So, I got an idea from Yakgochujang, which I ate a lot while living alone, and made vegetable bibimbap with various seafood in it instead of beef. I would like to share this recipe more because I know that it is harder than I thought for people living alone to prepare food every day. Seafood seasoning is simple to make, and once you make it, you can refrigerate it for up to a month and eat it right away. I made vegetable bibimbap using this seafood sauce. When I mixed fresh sprouts and lettuce with seafood's unique flavor, the combination was very good. Lastly, I summarized the advantages of multi-purpose seafood red pepper paste vegetable bibimbap. First, people who eat alone can make it easy. Second, it is a material that can be easily obtained anywhere at a low price. Third, once you make a seafood sauce, you can refrigerate it for at least a month. Fourth, it is a healthy bibimbap using nutritious sprouts and lettuce grown with plenty of nutrients. Lastly, even those who don't like the fishy smell of seafood can eat it without any burden. Thank you. ^0^!

1. If you want a spicy taste, it's also good to add spicy red pepper powder or cheongyang red pepper and stir-fry it according to your preference. 2. If you add various kinds of seafood rather than one, the texture is fun, and the taste is richer and better. 3. If you're tired of eating seafood sauce only with bibimbap, you can pour a little water into the sauce and add rice cake, fish cake, and vegetables to make tteokbokki, or use it for various foods such as Bibimbap Noodles Sauce and Squid Stir-Fried Squid Sauce! 4. You can fry the seafood sauce, cool it down, put it in a side dish container, and store it in the refrigerator for up to a month, but since the weather is thick these days, it would be better to make a week's worth of food. T0T! 5. Sprouts contain plenty of nutrients that are good for their growth, especially vitamins and minerals, which are three to four times more than full-grown vegetables, so it would be better to put them in a lot.~! 6. Even if it's not sprouts o
