STEP 1/12
I made crab meat rice using the flesh of red crab caught in the East Sea of Korea.
It is also an ingredient where you can enjoy ultra-simple seafood dishes because it doesn't need to be trimmed and doesn't take much work.
It's easy to buy at large discount stores or on the Internet.
STEP 2/12
Defrost the red crab meat naturally and then tear it into small pieces.
STEP 3/12
Add 4cm long green onions and minced garlic to 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
Stir-fry enough over low heat to make spice oil.

Add 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/12
Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and enoki mushrooms that are 3 to 4cm long and stir-fry them over high heat.

Turn the soy sauce around the edge of the pan and stir-fry it lightly to coat with fire.
STEP 7/12
Pour water and add chicken stock.
STEP 8/12
Add the red crab meat when fully boiled.
STEP 9/12
Season with oyster sauce.

Add the eggs
Stir the eggs quickly so that they don't clump together.
STEP 11/12
Add starch water mixed with starch powder and stir it
Please adjust the concentration of the crab meat over rice.

Turn off the heat and mix it with sesame oil and pepper powder
Luxury Honbab with crab meat is done!
Put a lot of crab meat on top of the rice
If you add chives or green onions, the flavor will be upgraded.
Use the red crab meat without washing it in water
Add the egg and stir immediately to prevent the egg from clumping.
You can use crab meat soup to make your liver soft or thin
It's also good for baby food^^
