Remove the water from the cucumber with a knife. For those who are not good at cutting, you can remove the back of the knife. I removed it with a blade, but if you don't control your strength, you'll lose the cucumber flesh, so be careful. If you rub the cucumber protrusion with salt, the cucumber will become soft.

Put cucumber in a container, add salt and sugar mixture, and pour vinegar

Wash and dry the stones, tie them again with a plastic pack, and press the cucumber. If there are no stones, place a heavy plate on it.

Turn it upside down in two days. The color of the cucumber is turning yellow.
